Hi and welcome! My name is Nick Bailey and I am professional Wedding Photographer based in Cornwall near Truro. You might notice looking around my site that my approach to wedding photography is about capturing those fleeting moments, moments that you might not have even realised had happened. I try to shoot without intervention also known as documentary wedding photography or to some reportage wedding photography but to me it is simply about creating and capturing beautiful wedding stories. It's over ten years ago I started my journey as a wedding photographer and during this time I have photographed over 350 weddings where I have met countless wonderful people and captured some truly unforgettable memories. I feel blessed being able to offer coverage for Cornwall and Devon as they both have some of the most beautiful wedding venues and unspoilt coastlines in England. I'm there to capture the story of your Wedding day, in a creative, natural and unobtrusive way. I rarely use flash photography because of these reasons and when I do it will be to create something out of the ordinary. For me it's all about using the natural light and natural moments. I always ask the couples who hire me to try and forget that I am there, it's your day and you should be enjoying it and not posing for the camera all the time.
